Public Report of MIND Accelerator on UN Sustainable Development Goals

The report presents an assessment of Kazakhstan’s progress toward achieving key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Within the framework of the 100-day MIND Accelerator Program, eight research and development teams analyzed existing gaps between the current and target states across six SDGs, focusing on healthcare, education, economic growth, sustainable cities, the quality of the legislative process, and effective local governance. Under the mentorship of members of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the teams developed legislative improvement proposals and piloted initiatives with the support of the Akmola Region administration. The findings highlight the importance of collaboration between government, business, and civil society in advancing sustainable development in Kazakhstan.
