
25 civil servants from 10 central government agencies completed a training seminar at Maqsut Narikbayev University, held on the premises of the Applied Research and Analytical Centre MIND. The seminar was conducted as part of the programme-targeted funding for research and research-technical projects supported by the Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The seminar focused on the research and methodological substantiation of civil service development processes and the transformation of government agency activities within the framework of constructing a New Kazakhstan.
Participants explored the key features of the new model of public service and the core principles of Good Governance. They developed practical skills in strategic and project management, leadership, and applying human-centric approaches in the design and effective implementation of government initiatives.
