On April 23, 2024, MIND and the Court of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of research and applied activities.
This strategically significant partnership aims to promote the development of scientific research across various sectors, support law enforcement practices, and contribute to the preparation of draft regulations, analytical materials, and policy recommendations.
The AIFC Court operates independently from the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For the first time in Central Asia, it introduces a judicial model based on the norms and principles of English and Welsh law. The Court functions in accordance with leading international standards for resolving civil and commercial disputes within the AIFC jurisdiction.
