Programmes
As a research and analytical centre established at Maqsut Narikbayev University, MIND functions primarily as a university-based think tank. A core aspect of our work is close integration with the University’s Research Schools. We are committed to fostering sustainable collaboration with MNU’s academic structures to strengthen both the scientific rigour and practical relevance of the research conducted by the University’s faculty.

The MNU Centre for Economic Research (CER), in collaboration with MIND, conducts applied studies addressing urgent economic challenges in Kazakhstan and beyond. International Relations
The Centre for Global and Regional Governance (CGREG), operating within the International School of Economics at Maqsut Narikbayev University, is MIND’s strategic partner in developing research on international relations and global governance. The Centre advances both academic and applied research aimed at addressing current challenges in international politics through the lens of Central Asian regional experience.
